摘 要:研究了湖北沼泽型母水牛在发情末期唾液中N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)的变化与排卵的关系。结果表明,在NAG活性峰出现前的酶单位为18.96±6.73(n=128),临排卵前出现的活性峰的酶单位为60.37±15.46(n=128),两者之间的差异显著(P<0.01)。5头发情排卵典型的母水牛,在其发情末期唾液中NAG的活性呈现规律性变化,在临排卵前出现一明显高峰,此前3~6h尚出现一小峰。在母水牛发情末期待小峰出现而后下降时进行冷冻精液人工授精,2个冻配点的情期产犊率和受胎率分别为45.83%(22/48)和45.00%(36/80)。Chinese swamp buffalo cows were conducted to test the salivary activity of Nacetyl β Dglucosaminidase (NAG). The unit of activity of NAG during the ending of the standing heat averaged 18.96±6.73 ( ±s ). The unit of activity of NAG near the ovulation time reached a peak value with an average of 60.37±15.46 ( ±s ). The difference was singnificent ( P <0.01). The curves of NAG variation were drawn in 5 buffalo cows. The ovulation accurred at 2 h after the peak reached. A subpeak accurred before 3 h to 6 h of the peak. Tested buffalo cows were inseminated artificially with frozen semen from Riverine buffalo bull at the time when the subpeak had declined, the calving rate and pregnancy rate to the first insemination was 45.83% (2248) and 45.00% (3680) respectively.
