摘　　要：介绍了熔喷法聚丙烯过滤材料生产的工艺原理及其过滤机理,调整加工工艺参数如空气压力、接收距离、平动次数等,讨论了各工艺参数对熔喷法聚丙烯过滤材料最终性能的影响。The process and filtration principle of the mehblown polypropylene filter materials are introduced in this article. Different process parameters such as air pressure, die-to-collector distance and layer numbers are adjusted when in production. Also the process parameters＇ effect on its properties is discussed.
