摘　　要：针对目前国内外糖厂"按质论价"糖料收购系统存在的问题,为弥补二次旋光法(手工检测法)检测糖料含糖量速度慢、操作繁杂,近红外分析仪设备价格昂贵等不足,给出了一种新型的"按质论价"糖料收购系统。该系统由可编程控制器(PLC)进行控制,由单片机实现数据采集,并把自动电位滴定仪和PC机相结合,实现了自动在线检测糖料含糖量的功能;并运用LabVIEW实现了人机对话交互式平台。该系统能快速检测糖料含糖量,且操作简单,实验结果证明了其有效性。To the problem existing in sugar cane purchase system based on ＂fixing prices according to quality＂ in sugar refinery, and to make up the shortcomings of slow speed and complex operation of secondary rotation（hand detecion）and high price of near-infrared analysis machine, a new sugar cane purchase system based on ＂fixing prices according to quality＂ is presented. The PLC completes the automatic control, and the single chip machine implements the data collection. The automatic electric potential titrator is combined with PC machine to detect the percentage composition of the sugar cane. The man-machine interactive conversation is realized under the environment of LabVIEW. The proposed system is easy to operate, and can detect the percentage composition of the sugar cane quickly. Experiments results show the effeteness.
