摘　　要：论述了构建高校图书馆用户满意度测评体系的原则,阐述了满意度测评体系的构成,设计了用户满意度的测评步骤。The paper has mainly discussed the principles of constructing an evaluation system of user satisfaction rate in university libraries,explained the structure of evaluation system of user satisfaction rate,and designed the steps of evaluating user satisfaction.
