摘　　要：医患矛盾突出、医疗纠纷频繁已成为不可忽视的社会问题。医患沟通缺乏是重要原因之一。医患沟通欠缺的原因有:工作繁忙,疏于医患沟通;语言生硬,妨碍医患沟通;技巧缺乏,影响医患沟通;众说纷纭,混乱医患沟通。只有通过强化医德医风、树立服务意识、尊重患者权利(保护患者隐私权、尊重患者选择权、强调患者知情权、保障患者查询权、统一诊治解释权)、掌握谈话时机、讲求语言技巧才能加强医患沟通。发生医患纠纷时注重缓解矛盾,避免矛盾升级,遇到无理取闹,依法依据解决,医患双方共同构建和谐医患关系。The medical dispute is an inevitable social problem for which the lack of communication is one of the important reasons. There are some reasons to cause the lack of communication： busy work; rude language, lack of skill etc. To solve the problem, we should enhance moral education, establish service consciousness and respect the rights of the. Also we should pay attention to master some communication skills to relax the conflicts and construct harmonious relation between doctors and patients.
