磁共振成像、诱发电位和 IgG 指数对多发性硬化的诊断价值

摘　　要：对３８例多发性硬化患者进行头颅磁共振成像、诱发电位和ＩｇＧ指数进行对比检查。结果发现，ＭＲＩ异常率为７４０％；ＢＡＥＰ４７４％；ＶＥＰ５８３％；ＩｇＧ指数４５５％。以上检查中２项以上阳性者阳性率９２３％。作者认为，ＭＲＩ、ＥＰ及ＩｇＧｉｎｄｅｘ同时检查对提高ＭＳ诊断率有重要价值。The MRI,EP (BAEP、VEP) and IgG index were determined in 38 patients with multiple sclerosis (MS).The results showed that in the diagnosis of MS,the positive rate of MRI was 74.0 %;BAEP 47.4%;VEP 58.3%;IgG index 54.5% respectively.The results of tests provided that above tests making simultaneously were important for diagnosis of MS.E was more than 2 positive results at the same time.This indicated multiple damage in the central nervous system.The positive rate was 92.3%.Therefore E was important for diagnosis of MS.
