超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检67例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导经皮肾穿刺活检术的临床价值。方法:在超声引导下,采用侧槽切割式自动活检枪,对67例肾脏病患者进行肾穿刺活检。结果:67例患者穿刺134针,成功率100%。患者术后皆出现镜下血尿或原有血尿加重,无需特殊处理,1～3天后自行消失或好转。2例患者出现肾周血肿、无1例出现肉眼血尿、严重出血、感染等并发症。结论:经皮超声引导肾穿刺活检术具有安全、准确、并发症少及痛苦轻等特点。Objective：To discuss the clinical value of ultrasound-guided transdermal renal fine needle aspiration（FNA）.Methods： Using lateral cutting through-type autobiopsy gun to perform renal FNA in 67 patients with kidney diseases.Results：There were 134 FNA done in 67 patients, the success rate was 100%.Mter the procedure,all patients presented microscopic hematuria.Without specific treatment,the symptom relieved or improved in 1-3 days.2 patients presented perirenal hematoma.No other complication occurred,such as gross hematuria,massive bleeding or infection.Conclusion： Ultrasound-guided transtermal renal FNA has the advantages of safety, accuracy,less pain and less complication. Microscopic hematuria is a common reaction in post procedure.
