摘　　要：目的探讨p15、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2、MMP-9在结肠癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测50例结肠癌组织、癌旁组织和正常切缘组织中的p15、MMP-2、MMP-9。结果结肠癌组织、癌旁3cm和正常切缘中,p15的阳性表达率分别为84%、94%、100%,MMP-2分别为76%、20%、0,MMP-9分别为82%、44%、0,三种组织中三项指标相比,P均<0.05。癌组织中三项指标的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、Dukes分期及有无淋巴结转移密切相关。结论p15的低表达和MMP-2、MMP-9的过表达在结肠癌的发生、发展及其浸润和转移中具有重要作用。Objective To investigate the expressions of p15 ,MMP-2, MMP-9 as well as their clinical significances in colorectal cancer. Method Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of plS, MMP-2, MMP-9 in 50 specimens of colorectal cancer tissues, tissues around cancer, and normal tissues from resection margin. Results In colorectal cancer tissues ,tissues 3 cm away from cancer and normal colorectal tissues the positive expression rates of p15 were 84%, 94% ,100%, MMP-2 were 76% ,20% ,0 ,MMP-9 were 82% ,44% ,0. There were significant differences among the positive rates of plS, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the three kinds of tissues （p 〈 0.05）. The expressions of plS, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in cancer tissues were markedly associated with the histological types ,clinical stages and lymphatic metastases. Conclusion The lower- expressions of p15 together with the higher- expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 had great importance in the occurrence of colorectal cancer and accelerate its development,invasion and metastasis.
