摘 要:目的探讨饮水型砷中毒对出生缺陷或先天畸形的影响。方法采取横断面与回顾性调查相结合、整群抽样、定点定时入户的调查方法。结果横断面调查病区及高砷区畸形率为6.69‰,非高砷区畸形现患率为2.28‰,二者比较无差异。回顾性调查砷中毒病区及高砷区畸形率为6.33‰,非高砷区畸形率4.2‰,二者比较无差异。畸形中以脑发育不全、斜视、唇裂多见。结论病区及高砷区组出生缺陷的发生率高于对照组,但差异并不显著,说明高砷可能对孕妇及胎儿会有一定的影响。Objective To explore the influence of drinking water endemic arsenism on congenital deformity. Methods Cross sectional survey and retrospective investigation were used . Results The cross sectional Survey showed that the prevalence rate of congenital deformity was 6.69‰ in the arsenism areas and high arsenic areas and 2.28‰ in the non - high arsenic areas . The retrospective investigation showed that a deformity rate of 6.33‰ was ohserved in the arsenism areas and high arsenic areas and 4. 12 ‰ in the non - high arsenic areas . Conclusions The rate of congenital deformity in the arsenism areas and high arsenic areas is higher than that in the non - high arsenic areas, but there are not significant differences between them. Explain the high arsenic possibly having influence to pregnant woman and embryos.
