摘  要:目的探讨甘薯提取物对破骨细胞形成、分化的抑制作用。方法采用三种不同细胞培养系(全骨髓细胞培养系;除去间质细胞的骨髓细胞培养系;RAW264细胞D-克隆破骨前驱细胞株培养系),分别添加甘薯提取物和维生素k后行细胞培养,观察其对破骨细胞形成、分化的影响。结果甘薯提取物水溶性部分在三种不同细胞培养系中,均显著抑制破骨细胞的形成,并呈浓度依赖关系。维生素K对破骨细胞的形成未显示出有意的抑制效果。结论①甘薯提取物直接作用于破骨细胞系列细胞,抑制其分化。②甘薯提取物水溶性部分中含有未知的破骨细胞分化抑制物质。Objective To explore inhibitory effect of sweet potato extracts on formation and differentiation of osteoclasts. Methods Three kinds of various culture systems (whole bone marrow culture system, stromal cell - depleted bone marrow culture system and the osteoclast precursor cell line, RAW 264 cell D - clone culture system) were used in the experiment. The cell culture was performed in condign conditions after additions of different concentrations sweet potato extracts and vitamine K in three kinds of various culture systems, the effect on formation and differentiation of osteoclasts was observed. Results The water - soluble fraction of sweet potato extracts markedly inhibited formation of osteoclast in three kinds of various culture systems, assumed depend on relation of concentration. Vitamine K did not show intended inhibitory effect on formation of osteoclasts. Conclusion ①Sweet potato extracts act on straight osteoclast series cells and inhibit its differentiation. ②The unknown inhibitory substance for osteoclast differentiation is contained in the water - soluble fraction of sweet potato extracts.
