摘  要:目的研究体外培养条件下,颌下腺细胞在几种生物材料表面的生长及形态,为组织工程化人工涎腺构建提供依据。方法分别将SD大鼠的颌下腺细胞接种在10mm×10mm的PGA(polyglicolic acid)、PLLA(Poly-(L)-lactic acid)及脱细胞处理后的SD大鼠气管材料表面进行体外培养,对细胞在不同材料上生长情况、形态进行观察。结果体外培养条件下,生长在SD大鼠气管表面的细胞密度大于PGA及PLLA。扫描电镜下脱细胞气管上的颌下腺细胞见分泌颗粒。结论SD大鼠脱细胞气管可用作组织工程化人工涎腺构建研究的生物材料。Objective To examine the growth and morphology of the submandublar gland cells (SMG) of SD rats in vitro on several bio - substrata as an basic step to build artificial salivary gland. Methods The substrates examined were PGA, PLLA and acellular tracheas of SD rats, respectively. The substrates were formed into 10 - to 10 - mm squares, and the cells were seeded directly onto these substrates. The growth and morphological behavior of SMG were investigated. Results The ceil density on acellular tracheas of rats was higher than on the PGA and PLLA. Under the scan electron microscope, the secretory granular could been seen on the cell membrane when SMG were seeded on acellular tracheas. Conclusion Acellular trachea is ideal biomaterial for studies of artificial salivary gland organoid.
