摘 要:目的探讨系统心理干预对高三学生考试焦虑的影响。方法将548名高三学生分为两组,研究组259名,对照组289名,研究组进行系统的心理干预,对照组未进行心理干预,共观察6 mo。于心理干预前后采用症状自评量表评定心理健康状况,并与中国青年常模进行比较分析。结果高三学生心理问题发生率为26.38 %~29.72 %,焦虑发生率高达44.55 %。症状自评量表测评,心理干预前两组焦虑、敌对、抑郁、强迫因子分及总均分、阳性项目数、阳性均分均显著高于常模(P<0.01 ~0.05) ,女生总均分、阳性项目数均高于男生(P<0.05) ;心理干预6 mo末,研究组焦虑因子分、总均分、阳性项目数、阳性均分及焦虑发生率均有显著下降(P<0.01 ~0.05) ,而对照组各项指标均无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论高三学生存在严重的考试焦虑和各种不同的心理问题,通过系统心理干预可获得较为满意的效果。Objectives To explore the effects of systemic mental intervention on test anxiety in the grade 3 students of senior middle school. Methods 548 students were divided into research(n=259) with systemic mental intervention and control(n= 289) group without for 6 months. Assessments of mental health status were conducted with the Symptom Checklist(SCL-90) before and after intervention and compared with China youth norm. Results The incidences of psychoproblems of the students were 24. 38%-29.72% ,those of anxiety up to 44.55%. According to the SCL-90,of both groups such items as anxiety, hostility, depression, obsession factor and total mean score, numbers of positive items and positive mean score were all significantly higher compared with the norm(P〈0.01-0.05), total mean score and numbers of positive items were both higher in the female than in the male students(P〈 0.05); After 6 months intervention, in the research group anxiety and total mean score,numbers of positive items, positive mean score and anxiety incidence all lowered more significantly (P〈0.05 or 0.01) and those in the control group had no obvious changes(P〉0.05). Conclusion The students have severe test anxiety and various kinds of psychoproblems those are improved significantly by systemic mental intervention.
