摘  要:目的:探讨生物膜对不同范围骨缺损再生修复的影响。方法:在犬两侧股骨内植入种植体并形成水平宽度3mm、垂直深度5mm、水平长度分别为0、1、2、3、4mm的标准梯度骨缺损,实验侧直接拉拢缝合,对照侧覆盖生物膜后缝合。术后3个月处死动物,取含种植体的骨段进行影像学观察。结果:3mm以下缺损区无论有无生物膜骨密度与周围骨组织密度无明显差异;4mm缺损骨密度有膜组高于无膜组。结论:生物膜对3mm以下骨缺损骨组织的再生修复无明显影响,对较大范围骨缺损的修复有重要作用。Objective: To study the bone regeneration capacity of bone defects around BLB implants. Methods: Implants were installed in the femoral bone of dogs. On one side of bone walls near implants 3 mm horizontal width, 5 mm vertical depth and 0, 1,2, 3,4 mm horizontal length ( along the macroaxis of femoral bone) standard gradient bone defects were made. On one side sutured directly by lamination, and on the other side sutured by lamination after using collagen membrane to cover defects. Three months after the operation animals were sacrificed and took out the specimens to analyze. By radiographic method, ossification capability of different defects on dogs and the effect of medical collagen membrane on different bone defects were observed. Results: When the horizontal length of the bone defect was less than 3 mm, there was no significant difference of bone density between the newly-formed bone and the host bone whether there is membranes or not. But when the horizontal length of the bone defect was 4 mm, the bone density was better in the group with membranes than that in the group without membranes. Conclusion :The bone defect which horizontal length less than 3 mm has better auto restoration capacity. The bio-membranes can play a significant role in the restoration of greater bone defects.
