糖尿病视网膜病变渗出与患者血液流变性和血脂的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病视网膜病变硬性渗出与患者血脂和血液流变性的关系。方法2型的糖尿病视网膜病变伴硬性渗出患者129例,对硬性渗出与血脂、血液流变性进行相关性统计分析。结果2型的糖尿病视网膜病变伴硬性渗出与红细胞刚性指数、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白有显著性正相关性(P<0.05)。结论胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白长期增高、红细胞变形能力下降、血液粘滞度增高可能是引起或增加糖尿病视网膜病变硬性渗出的危险因素,糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗中重视改善血液流变性、降低血脂水平具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To study the relation among hard exudates, blood fat and hemorheology of type 2 DM patients with diabetic retinopathy（DR） .METHODS One hundred and twenty - nine type 2 DM patients with DR in two hospitals were enrolled. Relation among hard exudates, blood fat and hemorheology were analyzed statistically. RESULTS The hard exudates were directly significantly correlated with cholesterol, low density lipoprotein and erythrocyte rigidity index（ P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSIONS The increases of cholesterol and low density lipoprotein and decreases of erythrocyte deformability probably provoke danger of presence or raise of hard exudates. So, it is very important to improve hemorheology and lower level of blood fat in treating diabetic retinopathy.
