摘　　要：临床毕业实习是护理教学的重要组成部分,是将医学基础理论与知识融合贯通的时期,同时临床带教工作也就在学生的成长中起到至关重要的作用。因此,如何做好此项工作,值得我们每位临床带教老师深思。Clinical graduation field work is period that nursing teaching of the importance constitutes the part, it is to blends with knowledge the medical science foundation theories to run-through, clinical at the same time take to teach the work too on the growth in student rises to the important function in pass. Therefore, how to work well this work, deserve us each one the clinical taking teach teacher how to think deeply.
