摘  要:民办院校教学规范化是教学管理水平的重要标志,是提高教学质量的基本保证,是民办院校发展的必由之路。教学规范化包括常规教学规范化、改革建设规范化、编制体制规范化。推进民办院校教学规范化应把握好有章必循,违章必究;相对稳定、不断完善;整体推进、重点突破;重视实践、勇于创新这四个方面的问题。For non-governmental colleges, the normalization of teaching is one of the important indexes to indicate the levels of teaching management, and it is also the basic requirement for improving the teaching quality. Moreover, the normalization of teaching is the fight way for the development of non-government colleges. There are three types of normalization of teaching: the normalization of regular teaching activities, the normalization of reform and construction, the normalization of the size of teaching staff and the system of administration. In order to push forward the normalization of teaching of non-governmental colleges, four aspects should be taken into consideration: establishing norms for teaching and punishing those who violate the norms; maintaining the norms relatively stable and keeping on improving them; advancing the normalization from all aspects and making breakthroughs in some key aspects; putting emphasis on practice and be active in making innovations.
