摘 要:为研究某舰尾部上层建筑副炮加强结构的垂向刚度,在有限元软件ANSYS中分别建立副炮基座附近的上层建筑模型、上层建筑带部分主船体舱段模型以及全舱段模型并进行了刚度计算分析。在计算过程中,通过多种结构设计方案的对比计算,分析出了对结构整体刚度影响较大的船体构件和部位,为最终的结构加强提供了依据。着重讨论了模型范围大小、不同边界条件、加载方式以及刚度计算方法对船体结构最终垂向刚度计算结果的影响。In order to study the vertical stiffness of the reinforced structure of secondary gun in the superstructure of ship, models of those reinforced structures, which consisting of the struc tures around the turret base, the cabin section partially within the main hull and whole structure of this cabin, are established for stiffness computations. These computations are performed by ANSYS. A Comparative study is then carried out on the design of reinforced structure. The members of hull structure and their positions which would have much effect on the stiffness of whole structure are found out. The conclusions drawn from this study may provide a basis for the final structure design work. In addition, this paper also discuses these effects on the final vertical stiffness calculation for different range of modeling, boundary condition, loading pattern and computation method.
