摘  要:浮筏是一种隔振装置,而影响隔振效果的因素有很多。通过运用MSC/PATRAN,建立了船用电站浮筏的有限元模型,设置了影响浮筏隔振性能的各种不同参数,包括筏架的质量、刚度、结构阻尼、隔振器的刚度等,并利用MSC/NASTRAN计算出了不同参数状态下的振动加速度,通过对计算所得的隔振传递率进行比较分析,找出了最优隔振性能参数,得出了一些有益的结论。As a vibration isolator, the isolation efficiency of floating raft system may be affected by many factors. The floating raft of marine power plant is modeled by FEM MSC/PATRAN. A variety of parameters are set, including those values of structure mass, structure rigidity, structure damping and spring constant, etc. Different parameters may bring about different effects on the isolation characteristics. The accelerations of vibration under different conditions are analyzed through MSC/PASTRAN by setting different parameters. In contrast to the different ratio of vibration isolation, the most suitable parameters which can lead to an optimal isolation are found out. It is concluded that this improvement in isolation efficiency may be as reference for the similar designs.
