摘  要:为了研究GC02鸡球虫病疫苗免疫雏鸡对鸡红细胞免疫功能的影响,将100只1日龄肉杂鸡随机分成试验组和对照组,每组50只;试验组鸡分别于7、14日龄口服免疫8 000个GC02鸡球虫病疫苗孢子化卵囊,对照组为不免疫疫苗;并分别在第21、28、35、42日龄进行试验组、对照组红细胞C3bR酵母花环(E-C3bRR)和红细胞IC酵母花环(E-ICR)率的测定。结果表明,在第7、14日龄用GC02鸡球虫病疫苗免疫雏鸡后,分别在第21、28、35、42日龄所测的试验组鸡的E-C3bRR和E-ICR率与对照组相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。说明GC02鸡球虫病疫苗免疫雏鸡后,对雏鸡的红细胞免疫功能影响不明显,处于正常水平。In order to study the influences of GC02 coccidiosis vaccine on the immune function of chicken erythrocyte, a total of 100 one-day-old cross broilers were randomly divided into 2 groups,50 chickens each group, one as control group ,the other as experiment group, inoculated with GC02 coccidiosis vaccine, and all the chickens were kept under standard managemental conditions. Every chicken of experiment group was inoculated with 8 000 sporulated oocysts of GC02 coccidiosis vaccine at the days of 7 and 14 respectively, and the E-C3bR and E-IC rosette rates of the two groups were tested respectively at the days of 21,28,35 and 42. The result showed that after inoculating of GC02 coccidiosis vaccine, there were no significant difference in the E-C3bR and E-IC rosette rates between experiment and control group at the days of 21,28,35 and 42 (P 〉 0. 05 ). The erythrocyte immune function of chickens was normal after inoculating of GC02 coccidiosis vaccine.
