摘　　要：采用长１ｍ，内径３ｍｍ，内装４．５％ＯＶ－１０１＋１．５％ＱＦ－１／ＧａｓＣｌｍｒｏｍＱＡＷＤＭＣＳ（６０～８０目）玻璃柱，以氢焰离子化检测器检测三唑酮含量，其标准偏差为０．０４７，变异系数为１．３３％，回收率在９８．３％～１０１．９％之间。多菌灵含量采用薄层—紫外法测定，检测波长２８１ｎｍ，多菌灵含量标准偏差为０．２７，变异系数０．８２％，回收率在９９．４％～１０１．３％之间。A method was described for the determination of triadimfon by gaschromatography with FID on 4.5% OV-101+1.5%QF-1/Gas chrom Q AW DMCS(60～80m)glassic colum. O-Diamyl phthalate was adopted as the internal standard. The standard deviation was 0.047,and the coefficient of variation was 1.33%. The recovery was from 98.3% to 101.9%. Thin-layer chromatography-ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was used to detect carbendazim. The results showed that the calilbration curve was linear graphy when the carbendazim concentration was the range of 1～15mg/kg. The standard deviation was 0.27,and the coefficient of variation was 0.82%, The recovery was from 99.4% to 101.3%.
