卵巢癌组织中Survivin的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢癌组织Survivin的表达情况。方法运用免疫组织化学S-P法检测卵巢肿瘤组织中凋亡抑制因子Survivin的表达情况,以正常卵巢组织作为正常对照组。结果30例卵巢肿瘤组织Survivin阳性表达25例,阳性率为83.33%,6例正常卵巢组织均无Survivin的表达。卵巢癌组织Survivin阳性表达20例,阳性率为80%,交界性性卵巢肿瘤组织Survivin阳性表达3例,阳性率为60%。各组间比较差异有显著性。结论凋亡抑制因子Survivin在卵巢癌组织中高表达,它可能与卵巢癌的发生、发展有关,并有可能成为卵巢癌治疗的新靶点。Objective To study the expression of Survivin in ovarian cancer. Methods The expression of Survivin in ovarian cancer was examined by immunochemistry S - P. Results 25 of 30 cases were found Survivin expressed in ovarian tumor, and the positive rate was 83.33% , while all normal ovarian tissue was not expressed. 20 cases were found Survivin expressed in ovarian cancer, and the positive rate was 80% , while 3 cases were found Survivin expressed in borderline ovarian tumors （ BOT）, the positive rate was 60%. Conclusion Survivin is highly expressed in ovarian carcinoma tissue. Survivin is probably related with ovary carcinoma＇s occurrence and development and it is probably a new target for comedy of ovarian cancer.
