摘 要:目的:探讨傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)技术用于判断乳腺癌前哨淋巴结转移与否的临床价值。方法:应用FT-IR、显微FT-IR、常规冰冻和免疫组化方法对13枚前哨淋巴结进行检测分析。结果:常规冰冻检查13枚前哨淋巴结有转移6枚,无转移7枚,术后常规石蜡切片结果与冰冻相同。免疫组化检测2枚中有微转移灶。FT-IR图显示有转移和无转移的淋巴结在吸收强度上存在差异,有转移在1740cm-1附近的吸收减弱。结论:FT-IR可以对乳腺癌前哨淋巴结有无转移做出判断。Objective:To observe the clinical value of fourier transform mid - infrared spectroscopy( FT - IR) in detection of sentinel lymph node's(SLN) metastases. Methods: FT - IR, micFT - IR, Frozen sectioning and immunohistochemistry examinations were used in detecting the metastases of 13 SLN. Results: Cancer metastases were found in six of thirteen SLN by frozen sectioning, which was confirmed by hematoxyllin - eosin (H&E) staining. Two SLN were found positive by immunohistochemistry which were negative by frozen sectioning. Differences of FT - IR absorption were found between the metastases and normal SLN, the typical difference was a weaker absorption at 1740cm^-1. Conclusion: FT- IR could detect the metastases of SLN.
