摘  要:目的:研究COX-2和Fas在宫颈癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征间的关系。方法:采用免疫组化S-P方法检测61例宫颈组织(正常宫颈组织10例,宫颈上皮内瘤样变10例,宫颈癌41例)中COX-2和Fas的表达情况。结果:COX-2和Fas在宫颈癌和正常宫颈组织中及CIN中的表达有显著性差异(P<0.05)。COX-2阳性表达和宫颈癌病理分级、淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05);Fas阳性表达和淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05)。宫颈癌组织中COX-2和Fas的表达呈负相关。结论:COX-2和Fas均参与宫颈癌的发生、发展,在宫颈癌中COX-2的高表达和Fas的低表达均提示有淋巴结转移,可作为判断宫颈癌侵袭性的生物学指标。Objective:To investigate the role of cyclooxygenase -2 (COX -2 ) and fas in the occurrence and development of cervical lesion. Methods: The expression of COX -2 and FAS were tested using immunohistochemical technique. Results: There were significant differences in positive expression of COX -2 and Fas in different cervical tissues (P 〈 0.05 ). the positive expression of COX -2 was associated with histologic grade and lymphnode metastasis;the positive expression of Fas was associated with histologic grade;the expression of COX -2 and Fas were negatively related in cervical carcinoma. Conclusion : In cervical carcinoma, the high expression of COX - 2 and the low expression of Fas hinted the possibility of lymphnode metastasis and could be treated as the biological parameter to judge the invasion of cervical carcinoma.
