摘　　要：目的:探讨临床较少见的皮肤转移性恶性肿瘤的临床特点,提高本病的诊治水平。方法:对我院2002年-2006年诊治的皮肤转移性恶性肿瘤的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:皮肤转移首发多在躯干,以多发结节肿块型为主;皮肤转移发现时有其他脏器转移者23例。原发肿瘤部位不同生存期有差别,原发灶为乳腺癌生存时间最长。结论:皮肤转移为恶性肿瘤多脏器转移之一,预后差。合理有效的综合治疗可减轻症状、延长生存期、提高生活质量。Objective：To analyse the clinical characteristics after treatment in patients with uncommon tumors with skin metastatic. Methods： From 2002 to 2006,the clincal data of 33 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The more common sites of tumors with skin metastatic occurred in trunk and manifested as multiple nodules and plaques. Out of the 33 metastases, original tumors of internal organs could be found in 29 cases. The duration of life in the patients were different between different internal organic malignancies, the duration of life in the patients with breast cancer was longer than that in patients with other carcinomas. Conclusion： Skin metastases is one of malignant tumor multi - internal organs with a poor prognosis. Comprehensive therapy can prolong the duration of life and improve the quality of life for the patients.
