强化省级电网公司电费管理的有效途径

摘　　要：电费管理是电网企业的重要经济活动,与内外部环境息息相关。以江西省电力公司为例,结合工作实践认为强化省级电网公司电费管理工作必须加强制度建设,加强电费账户管理、资金管理,严格执行电价政策等。同时也强调了外部经济宏观政策、与政府沟通等工作对加强电费回收的重要性。Tariff management is one of the important operational activities for power grid enterprises, which is closely related to the internal and external environment. This paper takes the case of Jiangxi Electric Power Company＇s practice to show that it is necessary to enhance construction of rules and regulations, strengthen tariff account management and funds management, and rigorously implement electricity pricing policies, etc. so as to achieve reinforcement of tariff management of the provincial power grid corporations. The importance of external macro economic policy and communication with the government is also emphasized in this study.
