摘  要:社会越轨是指特定社会条件下个人和群体行为偏离或违反社会准则的现象。其存在是不可避免和有时空特征的,其中既有不利于社会稳定,影响和谐社会构建的消极作用,也有促进社会健康发展的有利因素。成人教育作为一种面向社会最广大人群的教育类型,应该遵循"公平性补偿原则",着力补偿社会弱势群体教育机会的缺失,减少产生越轨行为的诱因,同时对有利于社会持续、健康发展的不遵从越轨行为,要能够容忍并加以引导,从而为我国社会主义和谐社会构建做出应有的贡献。Deviation from the society is a phenomena that the behavior of an individual or a group deviates or violates the social rules under certain social condition. The occurrence is inevitable, which has negative effects that damage the stabilization and harmony of the society as well as positive effects that can facilitate the development of the society healthily. As a kind of education offering to the masses, adult education should compensate the lost chance of the disadvantaged group according to the rule of compensate justly as well as support the disobedience of the deviation so as to benefit the construction of harmonious society.
