摘 要:论述了以网络化的系统实时监测煤矿多种安全环境条件以及灾难救生的安全系统方案,并详述各部分的设计。监测系统分为地面部分和井下部分。地面部分由ARM系统、PC系统及安全管理相关部门组成,地面部分是对井下部分监测结果作出响应、报告和执行的部分;井下部分由CAN总线连接的智能传感器组成,各智能节点实时监测煤矿的安全因素,并具有现场声光报警功能。井下部分与地面部分通过高速的光纤调制解调器系统连接。重点论述了井下监控的CAN总线网络硬件设计。This paper described a scheme of network safety system for thereal-time monitoring of many safety environmental conditions and emergency life-saving in coal mine and gave a detailed description of the design of each part. The monitoring system is divided into two parts: the surface part and underground part. The surface part is composed of ARM system, PC system and the departments associated with safety management, its function is to response to the monitoring results from underground part, report and implement these results. The underground part is composed of the intelligent sensors connected by CAN-bus. Each intelligent node of the CAN-bus monitors the safety parameters in the mine, and has the function of audible and visual warning. The two parts are bridged by optical fiber modem. This paper also emphatically described the design of the CAN -Bus network hardware of underground monitoring system.
