摘　　要：用ｌｉｐｏｆｅｃｔｉｎ介导质粒ｐＬＸＳＮ和人神经营养素３（ｈＮＴ－３）的重组质粒ｐＬｈＮＴ－３ＳＮ转染ＰＡ３１７细胞，获得了较高滴度的重组逆转录病毒，感染成肌细胞后用ＰＣＲ和Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｒｎ杂交方法检测出ｎｅｏ基因与ｈＮＴ－３的ｍＲＮＡ。High titer recombinant retrovirus was obtained by transfecting PA317 cells with recombinant plasmid pLhNT 3SN using lipofectin. neo r Gene and the expression of hNT 3 mRNA were detectable in the infected myoblasts by using PCR and northern blot. The obtainment of engineered cells with high expression level depends on the selection of media and incubating temperature.
