摘 要:企业在进行开发性质量管理的科研、产品与工艺设计时,常常遇到多因素试验分析的问题,并且,因素之间的交互作用复杂,各因素的主次难以分清,常常需要多次重复试验,以求最优。同时,希望通过试验认识各因素间的主次关系、搭配综合作用关系等。在进行试验时,能否以尽可能少的试验次数来达到要求。正交试验法就是为了这个目的,解决合理的安排试验,对试验进行科学分析的问题。以企业中制定酚醛树脂砂配方试验、燃气阀分部件密封试验的两个实例,对每个正交试验方案的设计进行了详细的阐述。Enterprises often meet problems of multi-factor experiment analysis in scientific research of developing quality control, design of production and technology. The interaction among factors is so complicated that it is difficult to distinguish between major and minor factors. So, repeated experiments are needed in order to reach the optimism and to understand the major and minor relationship among factors as well as the collocating and synthetic relationship. It is the goal of orthogonal experiment to meet the requirements through as less experiments as possible during the test, which can be reached by arranging the experiment rationally and analyzing the experiment scientifically. Therefore, the paper explains the designs of every orthogonal experiment scheme in detail based on two cases of phenol formaldehyde resin sand and gas valve parts sealing experiments in enterprises.
