细胞角蛋白10、13、14和19在OLP中的表达研究

摘　　要：目的:研究口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)中细胞角蛋白(CK)的表达变化。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测7例正常颊黏膜和17例OLP颊部病变中细胞角蛋白的表达部位和强度。结果:在对照组和OLP颊部病变中CK19表达阴性,CK10、CK13表达于复层上皮的基底上层。在对照组中CK14主要表达于基底层,在OLP颊部病变中CK14可扩展至基底上层;与对照组比较OLP中CK10、CK14出现过度表达,而CK13表达下调,有时甚至无表达。结论:OLP中CK表达的转变与OLP病变上皮的异常角化、增殖和分化有关。Objective： To explore the possible biochemical and topographic variations of cytokeratin 10,13,14 and 19 in oral lichen planus lesions. Method：The expression and distribution of cytokeratin 10,13,14 and 19 were detected in 7 samples of normal human buccal mucosa and seventeen biopsy samples from buccal mucosa of oral lichen planus by means of immunohistochemical technique streptavidin-peroxidase （SP） with use of a battery of monoclonal antibodies against cytokeratins. Result：In normal buccal mucosa and buccal mucosa of OLP lesion,cytokeratin 10 and 13 were expressed in the majority in suprabasal cells, but cytokeratin 19 was not detected. In normal buccal mucosa, cytokeratin 14 was detected in throughout basal layer or by chance in the superficial suprabasal layer. However, it was extended notably to suprabasal cell layers in oral mucosa of OLP. OLP lesions showed extended expression of cytokeratin 10, cytokeratin 14 and decreased expression of cytoketatin 13. Conclusion： The result show a significant correlation between the alterations of cytokeratin expression and epithelium hyperproliferation, abnormal keratinization and differentiation in oral lesions of lichen planus.
