APOJ在血管瘤退化过程中的表达及其生物学意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨载脂蛋白J(APOJ)在血管瘤中的表达及其生物学意义。方法:颌面部血管瘤标本68例,按mulliken分类法将血管瘤分为3期,增殖期32例,退化期24例,退化完成期12例,选取5例唇裂患者唇部皮肤作为正常对照。将每个标本连续切片4张,分别行HE染色和APOJ免疫组织化学染色,计算APOJ阳性率。结果:APOJ位于内皮细胞周围纤维脂肪组织中,呈棕黄色。各期血管瘤中APOJ计数分别为:增殖期2.3±1.2SD/HPF:退化期7.6±2.3SD/HPF:退化完成期8.7±2.5SD/HPF,正常皮肤中APOJ无表达,增殖期与退化期及退化完成期相比较,APOJ的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:APOJ参与皮肤血管瘤的退化,并在退化过程中起重要作用。Objective：To study the expression and role of APOJ in cataneous hemangiomas. Method：Sixty-eight cases of hemang iomas were dividid into proliferatig phase （32samples）, involuting phase （24sumples） and involated phase （12samples）according to the criterica proposed by mulliken. The control samples were obtained from the labial skin tissues of left lip fatients.Four consective section were obtained from each specimen and one for hematoxylin, the others for APOJ immunohistochemistry stain. Result： The APOJ were trylase-positive expressed in endotheliocytes The APOJ count was 2.3± 1.2SD/HPF in proliferatig phase,7.6±2.3SD/HPF in involuting phase and 8.7±2.5 SD/HPF in involuted phase,APOJ was not expressed in nomal skin.Significant different of apoj count was found among the three phases （p〈0.01）.Conclusion： APOJ involves and plays an important role in the cataneous hemangiorma. APOJ expression was significantiy different among proliferating phase, involuting and voluted phase.
