摘　　要：本文对团队管理在医院中应用的可行性、重要性、现状以及应注意的方面进行了阐述,有助于提高医院管理者对团队管理的认识和重视,对在医院中倡导团队管理、提高医院的管理水平具有借鉴意义。Those were sets forth about the feasibility, importance, current status of team management in a hospital and some aspects which should be paid attention to. It is valuable to improve the awareness and attention of hospital managers about the team - management. Advocating team management will enhance the hospital management level.
