摘 要:为高效简捷地解决散装谷物船(简称散粮船)的稳性核算问题,依据SOLAS 1974(《1974年国际海上人命安全公约》),运用Excel编制散粮船的稳性核算程式,实现船舶稳性校核.该计算程式具有自动查表和自动内插计算功能以及简单的逻辑判断功能,即可根据给定的条件,判断某项数据能否被引用,并能通过运算和判断直接给出结论,如改变或调整货物装载方案,立刻得出是否满足要求的结论.实例表明该方法具有普遍的适用性,简单且易于操作.For the purpose of calculating and verifying the bulk grain vessel' s stability, according to SOLAS 1974 ( International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974) , Office Excel can be used to program the calculation and verification of the bulk grain vessel' s stability. The program has the func- tions of auto chart searching, built-in auto calculation, and simple logical judgment, i. e. , it is able to determine whether a data item can be processed and directly give a conclusion through the calculation and judgment according to a given condition. For example, the cargo stowage plan can be changed and adjus- ted and decision can be made instantly to know if a requirement is met. The practical case shows that the method is simple, easy to operate, and has a wide range of application.
