摘 要:为了探讨肌肽对肉仔鸡鸡纤维发育的影响,本试验通过在肉仔鸡的饮水中添加不同浓度(20、40、60mg/L)的肌肽,研究了各组鸡不同日龄(7d、14d、21d、28d、35d和42d)时肌纤维的发育情况。结果表明:胸肌肌纤维的直径在第2、3和6周时,大剂量组(60mg/L)和中剂量组(40mg/L)与小剂量组(20mg/L)和对照组差异显著(P<0.05)或差异极显著(P<0.01);腿肌肌纤维直径在第五周时大剂量组与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),与小组剂量差异显著(P<0.05);胸肌肌纤维的密度在第1周时三个试验组高于或显著高于对照组,第3和5周时大、中剂量组高于或显著高于小剂量组和对照组,第6周时大剂量组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);在整个试验期大、中剂量组腿肌肌纤维的密度与小剂量组及对照组差异显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)。研究结果表明肌肽对肉鸡肌纤维的发育有促进作用,并呈剂量依赖性。The tissue-development of muscle fibre in each group at different days (7d, 14d, 21d, 28d, 35d and 42d) were examined through adding different doses of L-carnosine (20,40,60mg/L) to drinkingwater for studying the effects of L-carnosine on the development of muscle fibre in broilers. The results showed pectoral muscle diameters in the group of the large (60mg/L) and middle (40mg/L) doses are sig- nificantly different comparing with the small (20mg/L) dose and control groups in the second, third and sixth week. Muscle fibre diameters of crureus in the large dose group are most significantly different comparing with the control, and significant different with the small dose group. Pectoral muscle densities in three treated groups are higher or significantly higher than the control group in the first week, in the third and fifth week those in the large and middle dose groups are higher or significantly higher than the small dose and control groups, and then in the sixth week only the large group is significantly higher to the control. Muscle fibre diameters of crureus in the large and middle groups are significantly different comparing to the small dose and control groups during the whole experiment period. Together, these results indicated L-carnosine can promote the development of broiler muscle fibre in the dose-dependent manner.
