摘 要:本文从供热节能角度出发,针对工业区供热缺乏整体规划、供热负荷的使用统一性的特点进行节能对策研究,建立了枝状管网水力工况模拟分析的数学模型,提出了大型管网的基本回路矩阵简捷的生成办法,并应用Hardy Cross迭代法求解方程组,利用MATLAB语言编制了包括循环水泵性能拟合在内的供热管网运行的模拟程序,通过计算机模拟管网实际运行的水力工况,并以石家庄金石工业区供热管网为例,采用理论分析与数值模拟的方法,得出适合工业管网特性的能够降低供热运行成本、节约能源的运行方式。The research about operation of industrial heating system whose characteristic is short of uniformity in using heat load and lacking of integral programming was carried out in view of energy saving, including set up the mathematical model for simulation analysis of hydraulic operation conditions of tree-like heating network, put forward the brief method of forming basic loop matrix, and solved the equation group using Hardy Cross iterative algorithm, and given the program result simulating the hydraulic operation conditions of the network based on the industrial heating system characteristic using MATLAB. Besides, taken the heating system of Golden Stone industrial area in Shijiazhuang as an example for putting forward heating energy-saving operation methods of the actual industry network using theoretical analyze and numerical simulation, which can be applied to all the industry heating system reducing operation costs and saving energy.
