佛手乙酸乙酯提取液镇咳祛痰作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究佛手乙酸乙酯提取液(EAEB)的镇咳祛痰作用。方法采用小鼠氨水引咳法观察EABA的镇咳作用;采用小鼠气道酚红排泄法观察药物的祛痰作用。结果EAEB灌胃给药(10 g/kg、20 g/kg)7 d能显著延长小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数;同时增加小鼠呼吸道酚红排泌量。结论佛手乙酸乙酯提取液具有良好的止咳、祛痰作用。Objective To study the antitussive and expectorant effects of ethyl acetate extract from bergamot （EAEB）. Methods The mice cough was induced by ammonia water. Excretion function of the airway was determined by phenol red apophlegmating. Results EAEB （ 10 g/kg or 20 g/kg per day for 7days） by stomach perfusion prolonged the mouse cough latency phase and decreased the frequency of cough, and EAEB also could increase the discharge of phenol red from mouse respiratory tract. Conclusion EAEB has significant effects of relieving cough and expelling phlegm.
