摘　　要：在中国与西方的文学文化交流中,汉诗英译经过了百年历程,为弘扬中华文明,沟通与增进中西跨文化交流起到很大作用。经过数代学者译家的努力,英译汉诗以多种形式（如多位诗人选集、个人全集或收入文学作品选集等）被西方读者和学界接受,产生了相当影响。至20世纪后半叶,由著名学者翻译家英译的优秀中国传统诗歌在欧美逐渐被经典化,在世界文学宝库中享有崇高地位。本文论述英译中国古诗在西方“经典化”的概况。In the past century, English translation of classical Chinese poetry has played an immensely important role in promoting cultural communication between the east and the west and in introducing Chinese civilization to the west. English translation of classical Chinese poetry in various forms has been accepted among scholars and readers and has exerted much influence in the west. The second half of the 20th century has witnessed the canonization of the English translation of classical Chinese poetry made by famous scholars and translators and the high position it enjoys in world literature.
