创新型化学类实验教学改革的探索

摘　　要：实验教学是培养学生研究能力、实践能力和创新能力的有效途径。文章针对高等教育实验教学工作中存在的问题,结合实际情况,提出了实验教学改革的新思路,并从实验教学模式改革、实验队伍建设、实验教学内容改革等3个方面提出了建设的措施和方法。Experiment teaching is one effective teaching method to train students＇ research ability, practical ability and creative ability. In view of the problems of experiment teaching in the current higher education of our country, combining with the practical situation in the university, experiment teaching innovation is put forward. Measures and methods on the teaching reform model, teacher development and teaching content are also presented in this paper.
