摘　　要：引发高校突发公共事件的原因是多方面的,心理疾病是其中一个重要诱因。高校应提高对心理健康教育重要性的认识,加强大学生心理健康教育,这是新形势下预防高校突发公共事件和建设和谐校园的一项重要而紧迫的任务。There are many reasons for triggering unexpected public events, one of which is psycho- logical inducement . Colleges and Universities should raise the awareness of the importance of mental health education and strengthen the students＂ mental health education, which are the important and critical tasks under the new situation to prevent the unexpected public events and to build a harmonious campus.
