摘　　要：本文提出将节奏管理引入企业,并界定了节奏管理的概念。在分析企业节奏管理的特征、动态行为、周期、频率和速率的基础上,构建了企业或其他组织节奏管理的理论和方法模型,提出了节奏管理的分类、设计、组织协调和控制的基本方法及要求,为企业采用节奏管理提高企业运行效率和有序性提供理论和方法依据。This paper puts forward that rhythm management should be introduced into enterprises and defines the concept of rhythm management. On the basis of establishing the characteristics of the enterprise rhythm management, the dynamic behavior, the cycle and the frequency and rate, the en- terprise and other organization rhythm management theory and the method model are constructed. The rhythm management categories, the design, the basic method and requirement of organization co- ordination are given to provide the theoretical basis and method for enterprises to adopt the rhythm management to increase the operating efficiency and the order.
