摘　　要：文章分析了我国银行业的现状以及我国银行体系的高风险对金融安全的潜在影响。面临银行业的全面开放,要维护我国的金融安全,必须双管齐下,既要注重完善我国银行业的监督管理制度和内部约束机制,从银行业改革和完善的角度寻找维护我国金融安全的对策,又要重视加强对外资银行的监管,确保我国的金融安全。The writers have analyzed the present situation of China banking industry and the potential influence of China bank system＇ s high risk on financial security. Faced with banking industry＇s comprehensive opening, we must pay a great attention to perfect the supervision systems and internal restraint mechanisms of China banking industry, seek the countermeasure of maintaining China＇s finance security from the banking industry reform and the consummation. We also must put great importance to strengthen the supervision of foreign capital banks in order to maintain China＇ s finance security.
