摘  要:以南京、四川、湖南、湖北、河南、陕西6个种源香椿苗木为材料进行盆栽试验,研究了干旱胁迫下香椿的生理生化变化及与抗旱性的关系。结果表明,干旱胁迫条件下,6个种源香椿苗木的6个抗旱生理生化指标的变化趋势基本一致:随胁迫程度加强,水分饱和亏缺增大,水势降低,质膜相对透性增大,膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,保护酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性增强,但各指标的变化程度因种源不同而异。复水后,除SOD在重度胁迫下难以恢复,其余指标几乎都能恢复至对照水平。通过"坐标综合评定方法"对6个生理生化指标进行综合评定,得到6个种源香椿的抗旱性强弱等级依次为陕西、南京、河南、四川、湖北、湖南。The relationship between physiological-biochemical changes and drought resistance of seedlings of different Toona sinensis provenances were studied. The provenances were selated from Nanjing, Sichuan, Hunan, Hubei, Henan and Shannxi. The results showed that the tendency of the physiological and biochemical indexes in six provenances under drought stress were similar. The water saturation deficit (WSD), leaf cytomembrane permeability, MDA content and activities of SOD and POD raised with the increase of drought stress level,while the water potential(ψw ) decreased. And the change degree of the indexes were different due to different sources of provenances. After rewatering the indexes could almost recover to the levels of CK except SOD during serious stress. Through coordinate composite evaluation on 6 physiological and biochemical indexes, the results indicated that drought-resistance sequence of six provenances were Shannxi, Nanjing, Henan, Sichuan, Hubei, Hunan.
