摘  要:以越南甜竹为研究对象,经KP法蒸煮后,进行DEpQP漂白,系统分析了其制浆漂白性能。KP法蒸煮适宜工艺条件为:碱(NaOH计)、硫、AQ质量分数分别为22%、20%、0.1%,液比为1∶4,最高温度为170℃,保温时间120min。蒸煮结果为:粗浆得率38·1%,Kappa值18·47,白度25·25%(ISO)。采用单因素法研究DEpQP漂白中D段ClO、Ep段HO、P段HO的最佳用量,漂白结果为:卡伯值1·14,白度79·32%(ISO),黏度931·4mL/g。Kraft cooking of Vietnamese sweet bamboo (Dendrocalamus latiflorus) was carried out under the optimized condition. Cooking conditions were alkaline charge ( as NaOH)22% , sulphurate 20% , AQ charge 0. 1% , ratio of liquor to wood 1 : 4, maximum temperature 170℃ and time of heat preservation 190 min. The results were yield of pulp 38. 1%, Kappa number 18.47, brightness 25.25% (ISO) and viscosity 1 247.3 mL/g. D bleaching technical conditions were pulp consistency 8% , time 150 min, temperature 65℃, pH 4.5 and the best dosage of ClO2 3.0%. Ep bleaching technical conditions were pulp consistency 8% , time 60 min, temperature 60℃ , the dosage of NaOH 9% , the best dosage of H2O2 1.0%. Q bleaching technical conditions were pulp consistency 10% , time 30 min, temperature 60℃ , pH 3 and the dosage of DTPA 0. 2%. P bleaching technical condition were pulp consistency 8% , time 180 min, temperature 80℃ , the dosage of NaSiO3 0. 5% , the dosage of MgSO4 0.05% and the best dosage of H2O2 3.0%. Under these conditions, the Kappa number was 1.14, the brightness was 79.32% (ISO) and viscosity of the bleached pulp was 931.4 mL/g.
