摘  要:采用乙醇浸泡法、回流提取法、超声提取法探讨了从酸浆宿萼中提取总黄酮类物质的最佳工艺.试验结果表明超声提取效果最好.其最佳条件是∶用浓度为70%、按料液比1∶30的比例的乙醇浸泡24h,再用超声提取45min,其宿萼中总黄酮类物质的提出率可达1.702mg.g-1;对超声提取酸浆宿萼黄酮的浓缩液用聚酰胺树脂进行纯化,并通过样品的总黄酮与FeCl3、浓H2SO4等试剂的特征反应对所得提取物进行了定性分析,确定了所得提取物为黄酮类物质.It is studied on the optimal technology of extracting total flavonoids from Persistent Calyx of Physalis alkekengiL. Vat. Francheti (Mast.) Makino by alcohol extracting and ethanol by heated reflux and ultrasonic method. The result indicates that the ultrasonic extracting method is the best. The most optimal conditions are that the concentration of alcohol is 70%, the rate of rawmaterial to alcohol is 1 : 30, the immersion time is 24 hr, then extracting for 45min by ultrasonic method. The extracting rate of total flavoniods can reach 1. 702 mg · g^-1. It is purified of the flavonoids by polymide column chromatography. The qualitative analysis of extracting sample is conducted by the specific reaction of total flavonoids with FeCl3, sulfuric acid and so on,It is confirmed that extraction material is flavonoids.
