摘　　要：对卫生法制资源要素进行有效配置是推进卫生法制建设的基础性工程。以卫生法律组织机构、卫生法律人才队伍等资源要素,作为考察和分析卫生法制建设情况的基本依据,反映浙江省卫生法制建设的基本现状,为浙江省"十一五"时期,改进和加强卫生法制建设提供决策依据。To carry on the effective allocation to the essential factors of hygienic legal system resources is foundational project for advancing health legislative work. This topic is to inspect and analyse the condition of Zhejiang health legal system construction by taking the organization, talent troop of health law as essential factors, and so on reflect the basic present Situation of Zhejiang health legal institution construction. And then to provide the policy-making basis for improving and strengthening Zhejiang health legal system construction in the 11th-five- year plan period.
