摘　　要：一种硫酸二甲酯与硫代硫酸钠水溶液反应制备甲基硫代硫酸钠，不经分离，用氯气和水氧化甲基硫代硫酸钠，加入非水溶性有机溶剂，使生成的甲磺酰氯进入有机相，避免了甲磺酰氯进一步水解生成甲磺酸，从而大大提高反应收率（收率达到９５．６％），大幅度降低了甲磺酰氯的生产成本。This paper reports a synthetic method of methanesulfonyl chloride from sodium thiosulfate and dimethyl sulfate in one pot without separating the intermediate—sodium methylthiosulfate,which was oxidized and chlorinized directly with chlorine.At the same time,the oganic solvent was added to the reaction mixture to prevent the hydrolysis of the product ,so that the yield of the methanesulfonyl chloride was improved significantly.
