摘　　要：个体的休闲体育行为是一个动态的阶段变化过程,处于不同的阶段,个体所遇到的限制因素是不同的。在对休闲限制理论的回顾和思考的基础上,结合休闲体育行为的特性,探讨休闲体育行为发展阶段的限制因素,从而提出休闲体育行为五个发展阶段、四类限制因素的假设性理论框架。Individual leisure sport behavior is a dynamic changing process. At the different stage, the restricted factors are difference. Based on review and consideration on leisure restricted theory and combining with character of leisure sports behavior, this paper discusses the restricted factors of leisure sport behavior developing stage, put forwards the assumption theory framework of five developing stages and four types of restricted factors.
