摘 要:详细介绍全液压SWD165型潜孔钻机推进及回转液压系统的组成及工作原理,通过对供油系统的选择及其工作特性的分析,说明了采用恒功率恒压控制的液压柱塞泵不仅适合潜孔钻机的工况特点,而且能在很大程度上降低能耗。阐述推进与回转液压系统的设计原理,总结系统采用的泵控马达系统设计方案的优点以及该系统其它各部分的功能。进一步说明该液压系统推进及回转回路的之间具有反馈控制的特点,能减少卡钻现象的发生及当形成卡钻后具有自动处理卡钻现象的功能,具有较高的自动化水平,提高了工作效率,并能起到保护设备的作用。工程实际应用表明,使用全液压控制的推进及回转系统的潜孔钻机操作性能优良、能耗低、作业效率高、能较好地满足工程施工的需要。The thrust and rotation hydraulic systems of model SWD 165 fully hydraulic down-hole drill are expatiated on the aspects of compositions and work principles. Through the selection and analysis in work characteristics of the oil feeding system, it is explained that the usage of hydraulic piston pump with constant power and constant pressure control is not only suitable to work characteristics of a down-hole drill but also reduces energy consumption significantly. Design principles of the thrust and rotation hydraulic systems are described and advantages of pump-controlled motor system used in the design scheme and functions of other parts in the system are summarized. The feature of feedback control between thrust circuit and rotation circuit of the hydraulic system is further described. With the feature, drill seizures will be reduced and can be treated automatically once it occurs, which not only makes the equipment with high automation level to increase productivity but also functions equipment protection. Practical application shows that the down-hole drill of fully hydraulic thrust and rotation control systems present excellent performance, low energy consumption, high productivity and meet construction requirements.
