摘 要:在HCl介质中,吐温80(Tween80)和β-环糊精(β-CD)存在下,钼与水杨基荧光酮(SAF)形成复杂配合物使荧光熄灭,由此建立了测定微量钼的荧光熄灭新方法。该体系的最大激发波长λex=455n/n,最大发射波长λcm=522n/n。Mo(Ⅵ)量在0~0.12μg/mL范围荧光熄灭程度(AF)与Mo(Ⅵ)质量浓度呈线性关系,线性回归方程为△F=31.839ρ(μg/mL)+29.726,相关系数R^2=0.9996,检出限为1.53μg/L。该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,用于测定水样中的微量钼,回收率在99.4%~100.8%之间。A new fluorescence quenching method for the determination of trace molybdenum is proposed in hydrochloric acid medium and in the presence of Tween80 and β-CD, and a ternary complex is formed by Mo( Ⅵ ) and Salicylfluorune leading to fluorescence quenching. The maximum excitation and emission wavelengths are 455 nm and 522 nm, respectively. The linear range is 0.0- 3.0μg/25 mL. The linear regression equation is AF = 31.839c (μg/25 mL) + 29. 726, The correlation coefficient is R2 = 0. 9996, The detection limit is 1.53μg/L. The method is selective and highly sensitive to molybdenum. The method has been applied to the direct determination of trace Mo ( Ⅵ ) in water samples with satisfactory results.
