摘　　要：建立了HPLC法分析辣椒油中苏丹红染料的不确定度模型,分析了方法中的不确定度分量及其来源,计算了各不确定度分量和合成标准不确定度。A mathematic model for the HPLC determination of sudan in chili oil was established in this paper. The calculation formula was deduced. Some data were collected in the process of analyzing the chili oil samples and the various uncertainties were calculated. The combined uncertainty was finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various components.
